"UnForgeTable" Tangible User Interface & Affective Computing System (via neuro feedback)

The UNFORGETABLE is a ‘smart table’ concept that was launched concurrently with Maxis Recollection. Engineered with technologies such as 5G and Tangible User Interface (an XR interface) – it comes to life with video projections when objects are placed on it.

In this use case – the smart table was designed for dementia therapy –  when a patient places an object of sentimental value, the table would come alive with the patient’s ‘memories’ of that particular object.  

A neurofeedback with EEG (electroencephalography) sensor used to track the patient’s electrical impulses which would then be translated to understand their emotional reaction that those memories may bring. The data obtained provides the platform for more effective therapies.
